I worked with Gus on buying a new Gladiator. The whole process was pretty easy. The service was great! I didn’t feel like I was getting pressured at all from him or the team there. I live about an hour and half away from Lima and it was definitely worth the travel to buy from there.

Dave is always a pleasure to work with! He’s very personable and makes sure you feel at home when you are there. Any issues you may have he always fixes and does it with the best attitude! Jeremy the one who helped us with our Warranty is such a huge help as well, we had our toddler with us and she was so over being there but Jeremy came in clutch with the suckers and had so much patience with us. He got us taken care of and covered with our warranty! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Tom Ahl and we are so happy!

Nice people, always friendly service. I have bought 3 vehicles from Tom ahl now always reliable. Shame I didn't get to see Tom himself this time. He's a great guy. I'll definitely be coming back again in the future

Very poor communication. Everyone I spoke with told me something different. I was told I would be bringing my vehicle in and it would take a few hours to complete the repair only to find out the part was never ordered and there were additional fees that I was not informed of. The quote I was given was also much different than the total I was told once I arrived. I had been given a time frame on several different occasions, all of which were missed. The woman that I spoke with was very kind and to my knowledge tried her best to make the situation better. But it ended up being a large inconvenience causing me to cancel other appointments and change plans due to the vehicle being there over 24 hours longer than originally told. I don't leave reviews often and wouldn't have had I not been asked to. I am usually overly understanding, but this experience was much less than acceptable.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Their technicians thoroughly checked my car. They noted two other filters that needed changed as well as wind shield wipers. They explained what needed to be done before they completed the work as well as giving me information on the tire tread depth of each tire. This was all completed in 45 minutes. I could not have been more pleased. I was also greeted by Tom Ahl, who inquired about my family as well as making sure I was satisfied with my service. A great dealership.
