Unfortunately, I have great doubts about this company and its credentials. I sent my package for shipping to Nairobi and paid for it. Had to call multiple times to get them to acknowledge receipt of my payment and the package. I still don't have a tracking number for my package. I have provided the recipient's address several times even after being asked to text it to them and taping the address on the package! Really disappointing!

I have shipped with this company 4 times before. What happened to their old reputation? The last 2 shipments have been disappointing. One arrived after 5 months and a third of the items I shipped were missing. I contacted them and they told me it was customs people in Mombasa who stole from the boxes. The shipment I made in December 2018 has to date not arrived and this is May 2019. The excuse for the last 1 month is that the cargo is being held up in Mombasa!!!

My Barrel was opened. When it arrived in my sister house. Shoes and all new Items were missing/ stolen. So disappointed. I never got answers just Excuses.

I give them zero star. The person who picked the box was rude. I will never use this company to ship again. I was to desperate to send that box.
