So my dad had drove his truck there with a miss an a week later they called said injectors were bad so they changed them then they say cant get the truck running . Then they ask can they take the head off they call back say u need a $33,000 rebuild they tell him come get your truck an $1300 to pick up a broke truck all apart . Went in running pick up truck with head an everything all apart.

I had my truck towed, because it was popping on the PS. Told me I needed brakes. Waited a week for a brake job. Got the truck back test drove it. Its doing the same thing. Now the wheel bearing and hub, spindle need to be replace. 3 weeks parts. Less than a month later had to redo brakes. By another shop that had it 2days.

Real nice and friendly staff. They were very helpful and took care of me. They gave me a ride to the hotel and brought me back to the shop to wait on my truck the next day. Made me feel like I was more than a customer waiting to get repaired. Thank you for the hospitality.

Timmons don't work on Freightliners but I do appreciate them sending me to the right place for repairs.

The service department always gets to me as soon as possible. Sometimes I have to wait a while but not often. I do all my inspections on my truck and trailer at Timmons. Good people to work with.
