I don't ever recommend big dealers. However Timmons in Baton rouge was Awesome. Terrell was great. Chuck very nice and knowledgeable. Ozzy the tech was excellent. I cant say enough. They didn't try to RIP me off which is the biggest issue with dealers.

Horrible experience. To make a long story short, I was trying to make this my "home base". 30 minutes from the house. Can't beat that right? They've tried to fix my AC so many times, each time never does it. I've had the truck in the shop for 9 days and they didn't even put it in the bay. Reason was "it's to cold outside to run the system to fix your truck". To cold? It's in the 70s today and they still haven't touched it. I'm not complaining, just upset. I really wanted them to be my 1 stop shop but I can't afford to sit at home for literally 5 weeks, just to have the AC still broken. Now I'm driving to Birmingham to get them to fix it, again, after already sitting at home for 9 days. Before that I ran for 2 weeks. Then the truck was in the shop for 15 days last time. Made it 15 miles down the road and the AC went out again. They also don't communicate. If ur not calling them, they aren't calling for with any info. Take that for what u want. Good luck! 🙏
