Staff was extremely rude to my husband. The woman taking his order was inconsiderate and didn't think before she spoke. He was only there to pick up his drink through drive through and she gave so much attitude. Please train your staff better. You're in the food industry so you deal with customer service on a daily. Do better.

Last time we had a very bad experience with the staff (it was several years ago). This time it felt completely different 🙂 the service is good and fast, the food is delicious. I really like the breakfast croissant!

The location In South State Street in the morning have a great team, however at lunch time, is a different situation. The read head in the drive through window can even smile, not a good morning, I think she is been forced to have a job and her attitude show how poor customer service she is willing to provide. When I order the lunch option in a meal, the guy how took my order hassotate if he could do the specific sandwichI order, and then he said he could do it, really weird, after that the cashier(red head) just told me the total she didn't even review my order and whn I told her I order a meal, she told me they just put the sandwich not a meal. At that point I ask for my receipt what she didn't offer either. I'm not a customer who come every day but 2 to 3 times a month I buy donuts and coffee for my hotel, and pick this establishment over other because the morning crew is great and service and product is great. But I will be looking for other options for the future.

Dined in on a Saturday morning. Not busy at all. Very well staffed and moderately clean. Staff was polite and friendly. My breakfast sandwich was good and prepared quickly. Drive through line looked pretty long, however.

Customer service here is excellent! Girl in the drive thru helpful and friendly service with a smile! Wanted to try the iced mocha capp today but ran out of chocolate syrup, so I switched to Caramel! Look at this pic! Topped with whipped cream... this drink was divine and hit the spot on this sunny spring day! I need to go to TH more often, instead of my other coffee place. 😉 Love the weekly discount specials too! Enjoyed it with my favorite honey crueller that not many donut places have any more.
