I have only been to Tim Horton's in BLDG 6002 three times and was never disappointed until today. I ordered X3 iced caramel coffees and they did not look anything near what the photo looks like - no whipped cream or caramel. When I inquired "Why didn't the coffee didn't even remotely resemble the photo?" The employees response was "Because I am not a professional". Management may seriously want to consider refresher training with their employees on the importance of professionalism and customer service.
Donuts were awesome, way different consistency than Dunkin. In my humble opinion way better. Also really good regular coffee.
Today they were slow on getting the coffee out. 3 pots full and my sandwich came out 5 mins before my drink. On the norm not so bad. :(
Two stars based only on convenience. This location never has enough help for the breakfast and lunch crowds. It's been like this for 4 years!
My favorite coffee place. Beats Starbucks or Dunkin Dounuts any day. Just wish there was one closer to me!
