We waited 1 and 1/2 hours for our car! There was a huge line, so I guess it wasn’t their fault that half the population of New Jersey seemed to need a car at the same time. We did get a car- it smelled like smoke, but we were grateful for the car and we were luckier than some very dissatisfied Dollar rental people. Anyway, we got the car and we’re able to leave it and the key at 3:00 AM even tho it was closed. So it was slow, but thankfully reliable. It is cheaper than Avis and Hertz.

BE AWARE! I was given a $140 weekly rate and my total bill was $571!!! I understand taxes and fees but $431 in additional charges! I agreed to ezpass but when it took me over my credit card budget I asked that it be removed and the counter person who was yelling at me and other customers said it wasn’t possible until I finished the transaction. Then I asked how does it actually work and he gave me a run around but wasn’t very clear. He was clearly frustrated and picking and choosing who he wanted to yell at. I asked him not to yell at me and he seemed to be apologetic by adjusting my fees and even said he was doing it for the trouble he gave me but it’s a shame there’s no break down or explaining of charges to expect before you pay!!! Car was filthy as well. Another customer who got yelled at for mentioning this was saying the same thing. I rent atleast 4x a year and I’ve never seen this type of service or charges.

Paid for rental car but said they didn't accept chime card at pickup... it was booked through Expedia through my wife and so they could take my card and add $13.50 a day and hold $500 deposit. It's a ploy to make extra money. What's happened to América and treating others the way you want to be treated??🤔 simple rule to live by yet nobody does it that way. Just frustrating!!!

Pretty terrible. Online check in doesn’t work, then you have to wait another 45 minutes outside to get your car. Basically part of the rental you pay for is to wait for one person to slowly retrieve your car. Do not recommend

I rented a car for 5 days. The rental rate was $60 per day, totaling approximately $360. However, after returning the car, I was charged $771. In the receipt, they have changed the original agreement rate from $60 per day to $700 per week!! This resulted in an overcharge for a full week + +, and way more then the agreed-upon 5 days. Moreover, it has been impossible to contact the company to resolve this issue. The situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.
