NOTE LOCATION = Thrifty Car Rental 375 Airport Dr, Worcester, MA. Thrifty Car Rental 375 Airport Dr, Worcester, MA made it happen and it was all good... Had horrible experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501. then Hertz took my card and charged me no show fee after they told me they had no cars... even though I had confirmed reservation.

I placed a reservation online and used my debit card to secure the rental. After I drove an hour to get there, I’m told they don’t accept debit cards, the same card I used to secure the rental in the first place. I had to scramble to find someone with a credit card to drive to the location making me late for all our plans. Completely unacceptable, they shouldn’t accept a debit card to secure the rental if they only accept credit cards at the counter. There were numerous other people that ran into the same problem as me while I was there.

This is the worse rental company I have had to deal with. I made reservations to pick up a vehicle at Memphis international airport on 5/2023. When I arrived they had no cars available. DO Not recommend. They deserve less than 1 star

Rental pickup and car were okay, drop-off not so much. Was not offered an opportunity to get a receipt, car was not checked-in in my presence. Never received a receipt of any kind. I just know that my credit card was overcharged by a small amount even though the gas tank was full. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is the worse rental company I have had to deal with. We made reservations to pick up a vehicle at MCO (orlando airport) on 3/16/2023. When we arrived they had no cars available. I landed around 12 am and it was 3 am and still no cars available. I had to call my cousin to pick up my family because we were stranded at the airport and was told to come back around 10 am. They have poor management and customer skills. why keep taking reservations for cars you can't supply. They kept giving us the running around saying cars were being cleaned but there were no cars in sight.
