Took two hours to receive a car for a reserved time. I did not receive the car I was informed I would be issued when I made the reservation. When I got the car it was filthy and had a terrible stench. I was already late so I had no choice but to take it. The GPS kept cutting off throughout the drive and multiple check lights were on when getting the car. When returning the car it was a horrible process and the staff was unacceptable beyond measures. I will never rent a car from here again. Just don't do it.

Do not rent! Do not accept any additional suggestions by the agent! I ended up paying more than double after an upgrade, insurance, and added toll for one week in Newark NJ. Orbitz charged me $493.69 and Thrifty charged me additional $556.40. The total was $1050.09 It is very deceiving!!

I was given a rental with ants and had a 10+ hour drive with my daughter in the backseat. She was bitten numerous times and began to swell. Had to buy raid during the drive and that did not help either. Stopped at various locations along the way to see if I could trade it in, each one was sold out. It wasn’t until I got Miami the next day that I was able to exchange the ant infested vehicle given to me. I was only refunded a small amount when I returned the vehicle. I will not use this company ever again

Rented 15 passenger van today. Rear passenger tire low on air due to a nail. Tire company can't fix due to low thread. Back driver tire unsafe to drive on per my very reputable tire company. Location at airport closed and the 800 number says they can't help due to the Albany location being an independent location. I had to put the spare on the tire with the nail and purchase a new tire for the driver's side. Just rented this and it should not of left the office in this condition. I will call the location on Sunday at 1030 when they open to see how they can help me.....stay turned for the result. RESPONSE TO OWNER: How can I contact you? Called 800 number and they can't help because your location is independent. Please give me your direct local number so you can help me. There is no answer at the numbers you gave us at the rental. Thanks.

I rented a car thru Priceline and got a good deal BUT when I checked in to get the car DOLLAR CAR rental added their insurance to the car for $39 a day. Agent said thst i could not use my own insurance to cover the rental which is BULL. Cause I have rented cars from other places . Also there was extra charges also added to it. In the end. I was charged $368 more from Dollar Car rental beside the $247 that i paid Priceline. This is very POOR service since ce I was not examined about all the extra fees.
