Booked online for 8 hour car rental. Got a quote of $218 which is still insanely ridiculous for 8 hours. Dents and scratches all over the car. No one was helpful on where to go or how to get out. Got charged for a refuel fee even though the tank was full. Got charged for extra insurance even though I denied it and had proof of my own. Ended up being $298.17 for 8 hour car rental. Do not recommend. Go down the street to Anchorage Express and rent a car. Not worth it at all.

Great rental service, the staff is amazing. Driveout of the airport is spookie 🤣🤣 2000 Miles traveled and only used 2 tanks of gas in the Toyota Tacoma

This was a horrible overall experience.. First the lady at the desk her name was Crisanta she was rude and not helpful at all no apologies or anything the entire time… So when we arrived to anchorage we ourselves made a mistake and scheduled a day earlier for pickup so when we got there they said they could not honor it ok that’s understandable I get it.. so she said we can still get you a rental which is great news she quoted me a “managers special”which like $800 something okay we will do it.. but right when she was about to finish she said ohhh it’s going to be $1100 I’m sorry what?! She said that’s the actual price and that it can’t change for the amount of time I want the vehicle frustrated as I already was I said okay but right when I was about to put my card in she said there’s going to be a $250 as well umm okay is there anything else I should know?! Luckily the $250 deposit is refundable after 3-5 days I guess but there was nothing that said something about that… For the final straw after I was returning the vehicle I told her I’m going to be returning the vehicle around 3:00am because I have an early flight back she said thats fine only to come to the back to the desk and no one’s there?! Nothing is posted saying saying for after hours returns or anything like that and the lady didn’t tell me either about this which would be really nice to know… I had to scramble around and finally found the location for the after hours drop box to drop off the keys but even then this whole thing was messed up from start to finish I would not recommend this place at all… and I try to call them to speak to someone about the experience but no one EVER answers the phone!!!!

I booked a car few weeks ago and when I pick up here today. They told me I cannot drive to Fairbanks. They did not mention this information online at all. No one talk to me to confirm this. It is completely break my holiday plan. 1 star is too much for such bad service. Luckily I finally got a car from Alaska 4x4. They are really nice. I really recommended people to avoid this car rental place

Papa was great. Had a long flight and he was very personable and helpful. Great experience. Car was great and returning it was easy.
