Just spent the weekend there! So awesome! The house is gorgeous, and Mike is so entertaining and his Stuffed French Toast breakfast is out of this world! I have never had such a relaxing wonderful weekend! I will definitely be back as many times as I can!!

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever visited, and staying here was like spending the night in a museum. Mike is a wonderful host and the breakfasts he prepared were absolutely delicious! Inside, the home was all decorated for Christmas. Each room had a different theme, and since we were the only guests on the nights we were there, we were free to roam through and see every room. The pictures I took and shared made me the envy of all my friends. We came to Marshall to see the Big Boy steam locomotive as it travelled through, and we found Three Oaks on Google maps. It was very convenient since it is just a block from the depot. Although it was that close, and we could see the passing trains from the house, it was very quiet and passing trains did not disturb our sleep at all. I would definitely give Three Oaks a big thumbs up.

Great B&B in Marshall! Rooms are spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of interesting things to look at. House host was friendly and accommodating.

This has to be the "prettiest" B&B I have ever stayed in. It is a Victorian home and is furnished accordingly. It is immaculately clean and a ghost or two is rumored to reside at Three Oaks. The breakfasts are to die for. Stuffed french toast baked to perfection with home made jams and jellies is one of my favorites. The host, Mike Musselman, has developed a repertoire of meals that is second to none. Three Oaks will, gladly, take any dietary requirements you may have and adjust their recipes accordingly. They can offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free breakfasts as needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and have the softest sheets I have ever experienced. I sleep like a log here and love falling asleep while listening to the trains go back and forth through the T&P train yard. There is a museum at the depot that is very informative as well. The host is super intelligent and wonderful to talk with. The stories! I really can't say enough good things about Three Oaks. Do yourself a favor and stay there. You won't regret it.

Exploration Weekend!! The wife and I love museums, history and exploring. We took this opportunity to try a bed and breakfast. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you love circa 1880 kind of antiques - this is the place. It's almost like staying the night in a small museum. And to echo an earlier review - yes, the french toast was pretty amazing.
