We chose this hotel as our son’ wedding venue. I contacted Ms. Grace in January when we were looking around for the venues. She has been and is one of the best managers I’ve ever worked with. She has been very accommodating, polite and professional from the day one. She has promptly responded to all of my emails even when she was away from the office. We had an amazing wedding celebration for our son past weekend. We are ever grateful for their service! It has been truly a memorable event for us, our family and friends. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly if you’re hosting a conference. We had about 250 people in a couple of weeks ago. The staff was outstanding. The facilities are great. The hotel is near enough other places to eat that if they want to leave the hotel it’s pretty easy to do. The conference food was very good.
The place just smells amazing. The bed was so comfy and the heavy comforter that came on the bed was a dream. The robe in the room was also a nice touch. Best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time.
I’m not sure what everyone below is complaining about with single stars.. I stay in a lot of places a lot of times all over. This Westin isn’t the ultimate redone and refurbished Westin product but it’s clean, the staff were all extremely helpful, the rooms were awesome and the beds were super soft. No mold in the showers. The pool is being renovated currently as well as the carpet which is always a good sign.. stay here. Super easy. Buses from the airport on the 15/45 and to the airport on the 00/30 💪💪
Rooms were disgraceful to the Westin brand name. They were dirty, small, and has a disgusting smell that was on the entire floor. We had to get our room switched 3 times because of how bad the smell was. Parking lot was terrible it had tons of bugs,birds, and worst of all bats. All at the grand price of parking being $10 dollars a night. Hotel seemed empty as a whole not a lot of people checking in. Would never stay here again.
