The manager of this shop, Jason Free, enjoys messaging women in the middle of the night who he knows is married. He’s supposed to be having such a hard divorce but had no problems reaching out to my wife trying to get in touch with her. I wouldn’t go to the Noblesville store if this is the kind of creeps they have managing things. . Absolutely disgusting
GO TO GNC. Was in there 5-7 minutes before one of the 2 employees (who were gossiping about their customers) at the front even approached me. I asked him what supplements would be good for my depression and energy production. Jason was ZERO help. I told him what I was looking for, and he basically just reiterated that I was looking at the right wall… Excuse me what? And I get it if he was just unhelpful, which he’s been to me in the past as well. But like I said, every customer that walked out of the door, the two of them at the front were talking about, and basically just gossiping about what people are buying and their personalities. I was on the phone with my wife, who had called while I was in the store, and put the phone down so I could check out. Forgetful as I am, and a little uncomfortable having to talk about my depression just to try to get this guy to help me, I was overwhelmed and left my phone in the store; Wife still on the other line. She told me that as soon as the door shut behind me, they proceeded to talk about how odd I was. I hadn’t been gone 1 second. Not a single second. Again, their products are good, but so are anybody else’s. So again I implore everybody, stop giving these unprofessional, unhelpful, childish people your business. Go to GNC like everybody else and maybe just maybe you can shop for self improvement without all of your issues and personal private business being talked about for all the customers and whoever else to hear. Stay far away
Been here about 3 times now and talked to a different person each time--everyone has been so helpful and friendly, willing to be candid about all their products and answer any questions I had. Well done and keep it up! I drive from Indy for this shop and the excellent staff.
Wow 🤩, received such excellent service from Dillon on my store visit 3/27/21. Prior to going into the store I called and spoke with him, to see if what I wanted was in stock. He was extremely helpful in answering questions about products and provided a very professional experience. Thank you Dillon!! I will be back!
I been coming to this place for a long time simply because of their service I am provided each time I come in. Tonight the Manager Corey made sure to call each store to make sure I got the deal I was explaining. He went above and beyond tonight and I will be back and tell many more to come there. Service is excellent! Thank you!
