Easy parking right in front of the store free parking. Great service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. You are in and out quickly.
I had a 4 hour layover at the Miami airport before leaving the country, on a Sunday, the week before Christmas, and needed to get homemade Christmas cookies mailed to friends and family. I came in like a whirlwind in the last 20 minutes they were open and the two gentlemen who helped me were incredible. Not only did they help me tape up boxes and secure them with packing peanuts but they efficiently gave me all my shipping options for the 6 addresses I was mailing to and made sure to have me recheck that everything was correct. Reading the reviews before going into this location I was expecting a totally different experience, but there were two other customers who came in while I was there and they were served courteously and with very clear explanations about their costs for drop off packages. This store is one of many UPS stores and is attached to a hotel with different hours than other locations, which leads me to believe some of these negative reviews might say more about the reviewers not just using another location than the actual service, but who knows, I guess it depends on what $20 is worth to you. I can only attest to the amazing and friendly assistance I received. Thanks again guys! All my packages made it to their destinations on par with the quoted arrival dates. Please excuse the lengthy review, but seriously they kept my Christmas cheer rocking and helped me achieve what seemed a lost cause. 5 stars all the way! :)
Be Careful!: this UPS location is stealing/missing your products. I took to this location an amazon item to be returned(with AMZ prepaid return label), they weight the item, gave me the receipt, BUT NEVER SENT the product. Literally they STOLED IT. its been more than a month i haven't had a response. I called them , and got horrible customer service. 1st they dropped off my call when i was explaining my problem. 2nd, they told me it was they UPS driver that took the item but never scanned it. 3rd. they told me I can not file a claim bc Amazon is the one need to do it. (But when calling Amazon supervisor they say the opposite) Summarizing, This location is keeping your item, and not giving you the proper support. Pls dear Manager, take responsibility on your employees actions, you have cameras all over the place. If I don't have any response in a short time, will be filing a claim with POLICE.
Paid to have early morning delivery at the hotel. I heard in transit all day and finally had to leave on our cruise without it. Wouldn’t have paid that much if it weren’t really important, but employee at the store couldn’t have cared less!
There is no parking. there's only valet parking for hotel guests, if you look for a self-parking you have to pay for it and it's already at the other side of the place so it's really far so it's only convenient for hotel guests other than that don't waste your time
