I frequent this location for Amazon returns, and I actually look forward to it, because the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Unfortunately, it’s not common to get a proper greeting and thank you in a place of business, but it always is at this UPS Store. Thank you staff for making me leave with a smile. The gentlemen who work at this location are EXTREMELY POLITE! I have never in my life met a more warm and friendly group of young men. They are pleasant, professional, highly efficient in their operations and always eager to help which probably explains why I’ve never had to wait to be served. On the walk here, I pass about 4 or 5 other UPS locations but I pay them no mind because at 386 South Street the service is impeccable and for that kind of 5-star service I’ll gladly walk the extra mile.
The people are nice but the lady who does notary isn't reliable. She either won't notarize all documents or she's not in the store to do notary. Crazy when the notary person isn't reliable
