We are so happy with the service and craftsmanship of the stone pro. Justin came and showed us samples and worked with us to pick out the perfect color. He was patient with questions and not pushy to get the sale. Dennis and his team were great with the install. They had attention to detail and were professional. The plumber, Erik, was also amazing and left the area spotless. All around an excellent group of people. Would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!!
Absolutely fantastic to work with. Their prices blew the competition away and our installer Dennis was professional and did the job right! He answered any questions we had and made sure our counters were perfect. Our salesman Justin was in constant communication and making sure that we knew what was happening and what to expect. The only negative was their usual plumber was not available and the one we had did not speak any English and took almost 2.5 hours to correctly hook up the drain. With that said, Justin was on top of it and made sure we were happy with the plumbing before we paid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You really can't go wrong with The Stone Pro.
5 star experience during the process of replacing countertops at my home. Justin was simply outstanding! He was not pushy and was super patient with me as I ventured to 4 different stone warehouses to find the perfect counters (took me almost 3 months - LOL). He took time to really educate me on the pros and cons of each stone type and did his best to help me adhere to my original budget. The Installers and Plumber were on time and very professional. Justin came by to check the work and brought beautiful flowers. Outstanding service and experience. I'm extremely happy with my new Quartzite counters. I highly recommend The Stone Pro to anyone that wants an honest company and great service.
Dennis and crew were early, very neat, and fast! The plumber came early as well to install the faucets. He also realized the original pipes were to big and went to Lowe’s for replacement pipes. I LOVE my new counter tops. Veronica, the sales rep, stopped by to see the finished work and bought flowers. I am a forever customer to Stone Pro. Veronica has an eye for what looks good and her suggestions were not only correct, but made the difference in the final look. Thank you Stone Pro!
