Right off the metro blue and yellow line out front.. connected to the pentagon city mall. I had a great time staying here for about 10 days and everyone made my stay so nice!! Absolutely no complaints, they even upgraded my room so I was able to see the pentagon, Washington monument, White House, national cathedral, much more! Beautiful!! I can’t wait to come back again soon. It’s really worth it to stay here. Everyone is so nice and friendly helpful etc. really made you feel like family
Absolutely beautiful hotel and the complimentary bed turn down service while I was gone out of my room took my breath away. Valet and check in staff were so pleasant and helpful and such a beautiful area for the hotel to be located. Easy access to everything you need
I can not tell you how disappointed I was with the room. After paying significantly extra for a "monument view" room after checking in I realized that there is no room with such a view and the hotel is basically just scamming people to up charge them. I paid extra to hope to be able to view the monument on the 4th of July as my nieces have needs that make it very difficult to be in crowds. However, it was all for not because the hotel doesn't have the view that is advertised. I strongly discourage staying here. Just stay at a cheaper hotel in the area, they're about an extra 3 minute walk to the metro and it is absolutely worth it.
We were greeted by the nicest staff when we arrived. Solomon helped us with our bags and brought us to the front desk. Throughout our stay he remembered our names and offered to assist in anyway. All the bellman, front desk staff and club lounge associates went above and beyond. We were upgraded to a corner suite over a busy Memorial Day weekend which was an unexpected treat. Location and view were perfect. We loved being right next to Nordstrom. An added bonus to the location.
Best Stay in Washington, D.C.! Our family visited Washington for a graduation and we wanted a nice place with easy Metro access to the top D.C. historic/tourist sites. With the Ritz at Pentagon City we got that but SO MICH MORE. The location is ideal for jumping on the Metro just a few stops from the top sites. We couldn't believe how quiet our room was there in "the city". But what blew us away was the staff. Holy Smokes! We've never had treatment like that at any hotel in the U.S.A.! Wonderful room. Nice amenities. But let me tell you what topped it all. Our housekeeper for most of the week of our stay, Gigi, was so charming, friendly, helpful, and sweet. She even brought my wife flowers for Mother's Day! I've read about Ritz staff going above and beyond... and Gigi embodies that policy. We hope that if anyone at Ritz-Carlton reads this that they will reward Gigi in so way and pass along our sincere thanks! And thanks to everyone at Ritz-Carlton, Pentago City for making our stay so wonderful!
