I stopped in to sell a card and get a pack of the new Magic set. Store staff was really excited about me being new to the store and gave me a personal tour! I have yet to play in this store, but I'm really looking forward to it. For my card, they gave me 50% TCG Player price in store credit (and I could have gotten more elsewhere), but I appreciated the transparency.

I was at the Portal a month and a half ago to pick up magic the gathering singles. The staff engaged in slandering another tournament attendee with a friend who was in the tournament. My partner amd I were rather put off by this behavior. After about 15 mins, they acknowledged us and asked if we needed anything. I asked to see some magic singles and they informed me they are not able to do that because of some inventory machine count. Cool. Fast forward to today. The next time I am on the shop. Again, the attendants didn't acknowledge I was there and looking for anyrhing until about 10 mins went by. When asked what I needed, they told me the same machine count was going on amd I couldn't buy any singles. All around this is horrible customer service.

A great place for gamers. They have many nice board games. A lot of D&D and Warhammer paraphernalia and books. Many paintable miniatures. A great place to play games also. Will definitely visit again.

First time going into this shop today, one of the most welcoming places i ever been, i am freshly getting back into magic and still learning, will the manger helped us out tremendously me and my girlfriend, he helped us look through everything, gave us stuff that fits into our budget, introduced us to the people in the back, and let me not even start on the people in the back, extremely welcoming and relaxed and welcoming, some duee even gave me free cards for this deck I'm building and they made us feel like they’ve known for months, and everyone else there was super nice, told us about their “land” bulk where everyone can grab basic lands that are donated by everyone who plays there, overall extremely great place and i have went to a few spots the past couple weeks for a good community but they were all dead and not as welcoming, but this spot really is a portal to the next level, will most definitely be coming back and turn to a regular. Please visit and give this place a try.

Great local place to play a game or pick up some hobby supplies. Excellent selection of board games, collectible games, wargames and more! A huge space in the back to enjoy some games with friends, my buddies and I love their wargame terrain library. Highly recommend any card players, wargamers, roleplayers and hobbyists to check out Portal!
