Employees closing off sections, and hiding merchandise that's on sale to buy themselves. We happened to be outside after they closed and saw employees loading up their cars with stuff that was on sale but not available to the public apparently. But we have come to expect things like this from Ross.
All the stores are fantastic, low prices and good clothes to choose After 9-10am a lot of people are in each store so it is difficult to get special prices or clearance. Anyway, I like it

Lots of stores, they have good selection of clothes and items, reasonable prices. Good food well, lots of choices, however landscaping is what gets to me. The trees are ugly and landscaping is very messy, we can do better than this, some planting areas have zero trees or plants, we need to plant more!
