It was super easy to check in and check out, especially with the app. The shuttle bus was on time, and made it easy to travel to and from the airport. Reasonably priced and most importantly, I felt safe leaving the car in the lot during our vacation. Everyone was super nice and pleasant from the time we checked in and checked out. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future when family is unavailable to drop us off at the airport! Thank you and appreciate you all!

Enjoy using the Parking Spot-west. Love the fact that we have a very short wait time getting picked up at airport & drop off & pick up at our car is great. Drivers pleasent & quick to load & unload all our luggage. We travel with our granddaughter frequently which can be a challenge with her & car seat but always an easy time with our drivers there to help. Just don’t expect the water that they advise you get so with that being said we highly recommend & have our next trip already booked. Advise you to join the Spot Club definitely worth signing up for. I loved the ease of use of booking the spot, competitive pricing, and information included in the confirmation email. I loved the shuttle service and the card given for when you return. Traveling can be stressful and having that card gave me peace of mind that I didn't have to remember exactly where I parked. My car was safe and unbothered when I returned and the exit process was super simple.

Easy place to park. Had my email printed out and put it up to scanner. Gate open. Driver came in 5 min help with my one suitcase and drop me off to south west airlines for check in. I paid in advance. All good. Gate 7 On return driver took me to car help with suitcase. I tipped coming and going. Put up to scanner gate open and drove home. No problem 😃 would recommend. Only 2 miles from BWI.

Service was awesome - shuttle service was behind our car as we parked and promptly picked us up at BWI even after a delayed flight within 5 minutes. Dropped us off at our car and helped with luggage both ways. Highly recommend!
