I accidentally booked our room for the night before our intended stay and didn't notice until the reservation had technically passed. They absolutely would have been justified in telling me I was out of luck but they hooked us up with a room on the right night anyway. The area has limited availability and they helped us out anyway. So grateful for their kindness and hospitality! This is the kind of small business worth supporting. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations with great service.
Had a wonderful stay here on a road trip down the coast. Miles and his mother did an excellent job making us feel welcome and giving us great recommendations on dining options of the town. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast the next morning was awesome
We initially booked three nights but decided to stay an additional night. We stayed in the Maybeck room. This room is spacious and very cozy/comfy. It has its own private entrance and garden/patio and feels like home! The owners are very pleasant and friendly and we'll definitely stay at the South Coast Inn again if we stop in Brookings in the future.
This is a beautiful 100 year old home that is so cozy, clean and well appointed. it has all of the personal touches that you don't find in a hotel. I felt at home and welcome. I would never stay anywhere else in Brookings!
We booked a last minute room here on our road trip to San Francisco and Cheryl was nothing short of accommodating! She was so kind and made sure that we felt welcome during our short stay. I would highly recommend this place to others! Thank you again!
