The food was excellent, but our waiter disappeared half way through the meal when and appeared to judge my wife for ordering an appetizer as an entree. Also, the "lemon creme brulee" (pictured), tasty as it was, was not a creme brulee.

We eat here every summer. The food is great. The service can be a little slow, but they're friendly and accommodating. I wish they would reopen the vegetable garden and create a farm to table concept for The Gardens restaurant. So much potential. Take it to the next level, y'all.
We never miss a meal at the garden restaurant, whenever in the area. From the large fireplace in winter to the elegant decor, everything makes for a great visit. Their wine list is wonderful and the meal is always prepared to perfection. Callaway gardens is one of my favorite places to visit and the Garden restaurant is the icing on the cake at the end of each visit.
This place is the cream of the crop as far as Callaway's restaurants go. A stunning vintage ambiance beckons you in. Views over the golf course at sunset set the backdrop. The food is frankly excellent. Beautiful presentation and delicious. Service was a solid good, even if we felt a little uncomfortable being the only ones there. (It was the off-season, and we got the idea the employees would much rather be home instead of serving us...who could blame them!) Anyway, this is what fine dining is all about, and what a place to do it.
