I’m sure a lot of travelers are affected with the system crush today. It has been a long day for me as well. 5 hours delay at the airport. Everyone was so grumpy and tried but I finally made it back to San Francisco ! I booked the Dylan for the night knowing I just want to lay down and relax Joyce was so welcome and nice thought check in. Room was nice as well! Definitely a different feel from the airport today.

I was looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep a few hours and shower before my flight. This place was clean, and pretty. The service was fast and friendly. I booked on Expedia and got a good rate. The airport is literally right there.

An excellent stay at a reasonable price walking distance from SFO monorail An extensively renovated 3 story strip motel. Beautiful in the details, like a small outdoor seating area, providing water bottles instead of plastic, coffee, hot chocolate gratis AND wine by the glass. And of course the location, about 100 yards from the SFO monorail / CalTrain / BART terminal, so very easy access from SFO for early morning flights or late night arrivals. Good restaurants within short walks [we liked Neal's Coffee Shop]. Just an overall pleasant experience at a good value. While there is a microwave near the front desk for Guest use, a small refrigerator in the room would be nice.

I'm very picky and selective about hotels. I look at cleaning, upkeep, updated rooms, and most of all staff. This hotel is just simply amazing. I have stayed at hotels costing 3x as much that wasn't close to this good. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The lobby, sitting garden breakfast area are all clean pleasant well equipped and just plain pleasant. The rooms are so good. Clean, endless extra touches like real glass glasses, nice metal drining bottles, super cool remote and clock. Furniture is not dry hotel style. They are individual style and make you feel like you're home rather than a hotel. It's literally a block from the Bart, which is great if you're going to use it to get to the airport like I do. It's been a long time sense I was as impressed by a hotel as I was with this family owned hotel. Anyone who has negative reviews are just difficult and will find fault in anything. Found my new go to for a place to stay in the sf airport area.

From the very start to end of our stay it was great! We were tourists in town visiting family and we booked here because recommended by our relatives in the area, known for being a safe area with many good restaurants within walking distance, with a pharmacy and grocery nearby as well. Especially love the staff! We were greeted by Anna, one of the Filipino receptionists and she absolutely made us feel so at ease after our long haul travel. Made our check-in process so efficient and was so warm, but so professional! I also lost my diamond earring on the second day and thought I had lost it in transit, but the housekeeping staff that day found it and placed it on my table without me even asking, was so relieved and one of the reasons I 1000% recommend this place. It was also really near the airport and the Bart which was so convenient for travelers like us who didn’t rent a car. The rooms were also very homey, beds were soooo comfortable and housekeeping was so good at cleaning daily. Thank you so much to the staff! Our stay was only from March 31 to April 3 but it was so wonderful thank you!!! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family visiting SFO.
