Insane location!!! Walkable to everything downtown. We LOVED our time here in our little cottage and can’t wait to go back. Super super friendly and helpful staff as well. Price was reasonable for us but we went in April- it will definitely go up during the season. Really loved this place!

Best location in the city. Right on the water and right next to the ferry dock! Super clean and freshly renovated.

The location of the Cottages is great; walkable to the ferry, the Stop&Shop, the restaurants, etc. And, the views of the marina are enjoyable. We liked being able to sit outside enjoying coffee in the morning, and appreciated the fact that the room was dog friendly. We stayed in “Zena’s” which had two bedrooms, a bath, and a living/ kitchenette area. The bedrooms were clean, the linens and bed comfortable. However the living room was overly worn. The floors were very scratched, marked and dirty; the sofa was frayed. The kitchenette was basic but the stainless refrigerator was marked and unsightly. The bathroom was in worse condition and very crowded with an unusually oversized vanity and awkwardly placed toilet. The tiles were cracked and the grout was not clean. The fixtures were worn and very dated. Our only interactions with the staff were at check in and check out and were without a “welcome” or “thank you for staying with us”.

We stayed in the pawana cottage and it was so cozy and cute! The location was perfect, less than a minute walk from the ferry and close to a lot of great restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they truly are pet friendly. We brought our two dogs and they accommodated us with dog bowls, beds, and a welcome bag for our pups. We will definitely go back.

We stayed in the Upper Mermansion for our Honeymoon September 2011 and it was amazing. The Cottages are located right in the main heart of town near all the restaurants and shops. It was so nice to relax on our balcony with a glass of wine overlooking the harbor and then walk into town for dinner. We also enjoyed the complimentary bicycle rentals and shuttle rides across the island. It made it very easy to vacation without worrying about a car rental. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had an excellent experience and felt very pampered. Can't wait to go back!
