First time in as I was in need of boot repair. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were able to repair a broken eyelet very quickly and reasonably. Awesome to see they carry every brand I wear - Red Wing, Keen, New Balance and Darn Tough socks! I will definitely be back! Thanks.

I absolutely love this little shop. I wear an odd shoe size, and before I found it I would have to go to 10+ other stores just to hopefully find a pair of shoes. The staff is very friendly, and helps find the perfect shoe every time. The shoes they sell last a long time, so they are well worth the price. They even make adjustments to the padding of the shoes if needed. Their staff is very knowledgeable about diabetic shoe needs as well.

I have problems with my feet hurting. When I put these shoes on that I bought from this shop, they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet. I love them. First time being here & definitely won't be the last.

The lady that was working the day I went in was not very friendly. For the cost of the shoes there, I thought their customer service would be top rate.

My husband has chronic foot problems, and one doctor suggested we try the Cobbler Shop for properly fitting shoes. Kevin spent a lot of time with us, and we got modified shoes that are right. Also, we got the kind of socks my husband needed. They have everything there. I've got no complaints about the service.
