I was able to stop here at a layover and my gate was directly across from it so I had to try it! I wanted the bacon pretzel burger but they said they couldn’t make it. So I went with the sliders and the truffle fries. Truffle fries were amazing. Even my friend who wasn’t hungry at the time couldn’t stop grabbing more after trying one fry. The sliders were delicious too! I will say, if you are in a rush to get to your gate/flight or you are just pressed for time in general, don’t order a burger here. It will probably take longer than you’re hoping. But I personally thought my wait was worth it because the burgers were delicious. Not your average fast food burger. Definitely better quality.
The burger tasted good, but it was very difficult to enjoy when they make you wait 45 min for your food. We ordered 3 burgers and not a single order was right. Our French fries were soggy and the meat was not cooked to what we had asked for. Pretty disappointing place for what they make it out to be.
I stopped in for a layover and grabbed their Pretzel Bacon Burger. It was totally amazing! One of the better burgers that I've had. Perfectly cooked, medium well but juicy. The truffle fries were fantastic as well. So delicious!! And great timing to get food, eat it comfortably, and get to my layover. Definitely recommend!!
They made sure I knew the wait time before I ordered my burger, which is very much appreciated when at the airport! My connecting flight was delayed due to the weather, so I decided to try some local food while I waited. My cheeseburger was delicious, and the free refill was great!
Beware of highly unprofessional employees like Shawn W. OMG, needs to be fired asap. Whoever owns this location (BWI airport - near Gate B6), save your business and find someone else. One hour observing this employee and you will see for yourself. (White t-shirt guy, Shawn, is now arguing with the manager - wow). SMH
