The Black Dog Bakery Café

We waited 30 minutes for our breakfast. When my coffee was handed to me it was luke warm. The eggs were cold and hard, not over medium like ordered, the toast was cold and not toasted, the sausage was cold and rubbery, the hashbrowns were cold and not edible because they were so hard. For a place that charges 20 dollars for breakfast, I can make at home for a 3rd of the price and 100 times better and cooked to the way it's supposed to be. Highly disappointed!

If you ever visit Martha’s Vineyard, I definitely suggest visiting the famous Black Dog Cafe. I wasn’t a fan of the wings but the lobster roll, crab cakes and calamari was good. The highlight was definitely the cocktails and the cute mason jars. In terms of decor and ambiance , the space feels homely and cozy with a gorgeous patio. I would definitely recommend coming here for a chill date or afternoon outing with friends or family. The staff was friendly and the wait time was short.
