We went to the Bed store on Chapman Hwy. Very helpful staff. Got a very comfortable mattress with delivery and they took the old one with them. And it was a great price. Now we’re going to come back and get an adjustable frame soon as we can

Our salesman at The Bed Store in Seymour was also the manager. He was kind, patient and walked us through the process of choosing the right mattress for us. He did not try to rush us or push us into buying any certain one. He wanted it to be our decision and for us to have the right mattress. The checkout process was quick and the delivery came right on time with a complete set up. We could not be more pleased with our purchase and experience.

We went to the bed store on Chapman hwy. Doug was awesome!! He joked around with us but was very professional about everything, and didn’t try to cram anything down our throats. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. Our bed will be delivered Thursday! So excited! Will update with pictures once it gets here! Will definitely recommend to anybody and everybody!

I cannot believe the experience we have had with the Bed Store today. Last month (January 2024) we went to look for a new mattress. The one we had was purchased from their Chapman Highway store approximately 6 years ago and it was sagging with a hump in the middle. We intended to just get a new mattress and be done with it. But the nice gentleman that helped us said that we probably had a warranty that would cover it. They sent someone out a week or two later to take a look at it. We got a call saying that it qualified under warranty for a refund. We went back to the store on 2/2/24 and chose a new mattress. We had to wait to have it delivered on 2/29, as that is the first available. So this process has taken over a month. This morning they arrived to deliver the new mattress. We had taken the old one off and propped it up against our dresser so we could tighten the bed up before they brought it. Apparently during the short period of time that the old mattress was sitting in the floor, one of our dogs peed on the bottom edge of it. I saw it and wiped it off. Didn’t think much of it. Well when the deliver guys came they brought in the new mattress and then said they would be right back. They went outside and called someone on the phone. A few minutes later I get a call from someone, “Kevin” I think, telling me that they cannot deliver the mattress today and would have to reschedule it for another day because they saw the wet material on the bottom of the old mattress. He informed us that we would have to have it professionally cleaned before they would come back and deliver the new mattress. I am livid. I kicked the delivery people out of my house and continued to have a heated discussion with “Kevin” as he informed me that the pee has voided the warranty now. So now I have both mattresses in my house and they are threatening to call the police because we have taken their property!! Nope. I paid for them. Both. We even upgraded to a better mattress. And I paid the difference. I will never do business with any BED STORE again. Now I’m wondering if they intended to resell the old one or something. Which is gross.

We recently purchased a California king size mattress with foundationsfrom the The Bed Store on Chapman Highway. Our salesperson was Doug Lesher and his assistance was very helpful and professional. He asked and listened to our comments concerning sleep habits and made recommendations on firmness and style, with additional suggestion for our bonus shoulder cutout pillows. He made our purchase easy and exactly what we wanted. We recommend Doug and The Bed Store to anyone for a great selection and impressive service. Joe and Jewel Brown
