The website leads us to believe this is valet for Terminal E. Beware! It’s not. We followed the Terminal E valet parking signs, drove for 10 minutes within the parking complex and ended up in Terminal C! The attendants were rude and dismissive, horribly sexist. Refused to listen to me and actually said he’d only talk with the male! Bottom line, DON’T use this! They were not busy so, hopefully, word is getting around.
If you want employees not only parking your car, but sitting in it (when it should be secured), adjusting your passenger seat (laying back), and touching buttons this is the place for you. I'm really disappointed that I paid an absorbent price to have my car used as a nap, hangout or God only knows what else spot. Never again! Terminal A
Used Terminal C valet. I met a kind, helpful, and genuinely pleasant person named Catherine Jensen. Wish more people took the time to do something whole heartedly. What a nice experience.
VALET Parking be careful. They are automatically charging you Credit card their tip without your consent. This happened 2 times at terminal C.
We had to wait 30 minutes to just leave our car in the line. The lady couldn’t move the car in front of us out of the way and was blocking five cars. I had to move the car for her.
