This taxi company was 10 min. late to pick me up for the ferry. Because I was nervous about missing my ferry, I called another more reliable taxi service to come pick me up. When Judy’s taxi showed up at my house, I explained this to him and told him I wouldn’t be needing him anymore because he was late. He then refused to leave my house. I came outside 3 times to tell him to leave my property and he stayed put, staring at me and looking a very upset. I told him I was going to call the police and he still stayed put. He finally proceeded to leave my house going about 1mph down the driveway. Very unpleasant experience.
Was not able to contact business. I think the number is set to call forward to someone not associated with the Taxi service... Only left a review in hopes this would contact the business owner to inform.
Guy made me miss my ferry because he wanted to pick up another customer. He could care less.
I called 30 minutes ahead from airport going to the ferry them I got a call back 20 minutes later saying that they can take me on time and never show up they service is horrible.
