Stopped at this Target to get a few things while I was on my trip. It’s like every other Target I’ve been to. The store was clean and was stocked with everything I needed. I did go in the rain so it wasn’t busy. I was in and out with no problems.

This is probably the nicest Target in the DC area. Just like most Target locations, they have just about anything you need at reasonable prices (considering the economy and cost of living in the area). The store is clean and the staff is helpful. My only complaint is the restroom seems to be closed whenever I stop here.

This business is extremely sneaky and out to get your money! I will never shop there again. I returned 2 items that were purchased using my American Express card. The guy told me they will only credit a portion of the purchase after 2 weeks, because it was on clearance. (Keep in mind there was no sale price on the item, and nothing said clearance, including the receipt at the time of purchase.) Next, he asked if I wanted the credit put back on my American Express card. I said "yes". He stapled receipts together and handed me a pile of papers that I stuck in my purse. When cleaning the receipts out and looking at my Amex online, I noticed only a credit for one of the items which was only $5. Here, I discovered, he slipped in a merchant credit card and did not tell me, for the larger more expensive item. I had no idea this card existed. I told him to credit MY AMEX. Now I can do nothing and stuck with this credit I will never use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

I stop in for some essentials every now and then, but I like to walk the store a little bit and see if there are any extra things I'd like to get myself. However, I find myself doing this less or avoiding the entirety of the electronics department, because I'm getting tired of the staff members peddling offers on phone plans throughout the department. They've literally come up to me in the video games section unprovoked. I get it's their job, but if I say I'm all good I'd love them to leave it alone, not follow me and keep trying to convince me to sign up.

I recently had to return a purchase at the Potomac Yards Target store. My overall experience was excellent. The return policy ia awesome and clear. The customer service was divine. Thank you to the staff for taking care if my needs in the expeditious and professional manner that they did.
