I got a pretty simple burrito, it consisted of: 60% rice that was slightly hard, 10% meat, 10% cheese that wasn’t melted, 10% beans, 9% hard store bought tortilla and 1% salsa verde that was supposed to be more present. We also got birria tacos that came with no consume. One thing you do get is your money’s worth! Note: I’m pretty picky with authentic Mexican food.
Stopped here en route to work many times - food was always delicious and fast!

First Taco truck experience in Eureka, its worth the money you spend buying tacos and burritos here. And the service is so fast 🥰 although they’re close on weekends 💔
