Tailgate Tavern offers walls of TVs, plenty of seating, and multiple bars. The staff is friendly and the service is quick and efficient. The food tasted great. I recommend the fried Gouda Mac and cheese bites! It’s a great place to hang out and watch any sporting event.

Today was my first visit and I was in the mood for hot wings. They were very good, and next time I look forward to their French dip sandwich and onion rings. My better half enjoyed her burger and raved about the French fries! Tyrese our server took good care of us.

I love this place! Since the Aiken brewery close down, this is my Thursday night hangout spot. My normal fare there is burgers and beer. They make a great cheeseburger made to order. And they have a very nice selection of beer. Come join us on Thursday nights when they have music in the alley. The first 10 people that come to me and let me know that they read my post and that's the reason they are there, I will buy their first beer

Dined in on a Saturday evening around 7pm. There was a big crowd due to a benefit concert. We seated ourselves in doors and were served by Paige. It took about 25-30 minutes for our food to arrive. Paige checked on us regularly even though she was covering multiple tables. I ordered the cowboy burger with onion rings. The onion rings were fresh & homemade, cooked well but a little under seasoned. The Burger was good but either the grilled onions or the hearty bacon was a touch salty. The gyro was average and the fries slightly over salted. Ordered the coconut pie with ice cream but it was sent to the wrong table. Desert was packaged to go and was comped. The pie was perfect! Overall this is a neat local tavern with two bars and the live music was spot on. Cudos to hosting a benefit for a local family. We will give it another try soon. The service was excellent.

If you’re black, do not go here! The food was really good but the service was horrible. I was the only black person in there and I was practically ignored. The first waiter didn’t even want to serve me. He sent someone else to serve me. The second waitress didn’t want to serve me either. They took forever to take any order from me. However, any white person that came in got immediate service. I was waiting twenty minutes for my waiter to take my payment for the meal. While I was waiting, a white couple sat next to me and got immediate service. The whole time I was saying excuse me to get her attention but was ignored. I’m severely disappointed with a place that had good potential.
