Very new place, very trendy and close by. This is what the community needed and I cruised on over to the boarder to get my fix. Here's what I noticed going through the drive thru. Very fast at dinner time, 5 cars ahead of me but I didn't have a long wait. Staff is still new and being trained but no issues with very polite vibe. Order was correct and fresh with very nice small conversation with drive thru person. Very easy access points to get in and out if you park and go inside or drive thru, very well planned. Very positive experience and a must go to get your taco craving.
With 100% honesty, I had to wait 35 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich while watching countless drive through orders get filled. My friend ordered a 6 piece tender meal, that inevitably only had 4 tenders in it. Decided just to leave instead of trying to correct the order and wait even longer.
I waited in the drive thru for 15min first mistake. I only ordered a large coleslaw and 3wings and a biscuit. The cole slaw was a very small amount in a large container and the container wasn't even half way full. The 3 wings and biscuits was horrible, not hot or throughly cooked. The combo was cheaper than 3 wings and biscuit.And I paid to much for this mess. Never again!
The skeptic in me thinks they are trying to boost their poor ratings by offering the survey to me after doing such a good job, however what difference does it make to me. Drive thru woman had a confident and friendly voice, even asked if lettuce and cheese was ok on my 🌮. She was friendly at the window and gave me my receipt. Man bagging my food was friendly with a smile and asked if I wanted sauce. My food order was 100% correct and hot. Will come again. This is joint KFC/Taco Bell with a McDonald's next door and a Wendy's across the street. Convenient location.
The guy that took our order was super friendly and helpful. However, this is probably one of the nastiest places I have ever eaten. I won't even discuss the bathroom. I don't leave reviews often, but i am just curious how places this dirty pass inspections.
