I don't ever wanna go back there! People were all mean and rude. They were wrong and late, but don't even look at us or say that are sorry. We ordered online at 5:10pm. Many were waiting forever. First they couldn't even find our order. Then, when we decided to cancel it and get a refund, they didn't give it to us and miraculously found the receipt with the order. We thought it would finally happen, but they took forever again. When it was 6:40pm they brought us our food (as if it was all alright, not even a "sorry" was said). We asked at least for something extra because of their mistake and delay. We got one mini French fries as extra, but it was given by the blond (the one I posted in the photos) throwing it at us on the counter, rudely and turning around not even looking at our eyes. The burritos were not identified. We ordered four of each kind (chicken, meat, and vegetarian). We had to open every one of them to see what was what. If I could, I would rate with no stars at all, but since that's not an option, I rated with one star each. By the way, the place was not clean as well. If you can, go eat somewhere else next time.
Food is hastily put together and I am anxious my order will be prepared wrong in some manner due to past experience. The quality and taste of the food is inconsistent. Most of the employees are short and the presented politeness feels superficial and uncaring. I think this location would do better if the franchise owner spent more time on quality control and positive interpersonal training to cultivate a more cohesive environment for both the customers and the employees. Support the business you payroll.
Worst drive-thru customer service I’ve ever had. And I’m only writing this review because it’s the second time this exact thing has happened. Me and my pregnant GF can’t look at the menu for more than 30 seconds without the lady screeching at me if I’m ready 3 separate times rushing me into ordering then when I finally order one thing it’s, IS THAT IT?? Over and over again. Then have us wait 10 minutes to even get it. I’ll never give this location my business again.
This taco bell has gotten significantly better than the hurdles it faced during the pandemic. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive of customers orders and very efficient. The food was prepared nice and actually portioned extremely well on the larger side. The problem I had was with the Mexican pizza, we ordered 3 and all 3 of them had a toxic foul smelling taste as if they were fried in oil that hadn't been changed in a long long time, please fix this, maybe clean the oil or the Mexican pizza shells somehow as this is a favorite item amongst the community and a shame when it has to be thrown out. saddest taco bell ive ever been to. couldnt get ur order correct if it was written in front of them (which it is). stood at the counter for literally 15 minutes waiting for someone to come over said excuse me loudly multiple times one employee looked me in the eyes then just turned back around. watch one girl wipe her glove in the trash because she got food on it then continue to touch food with the same gloves on. one guy stopped making food took off his gloves and started doing something on his phone. honestly crazt
