Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and had a missing item. Went back in to get the item, got home and opened it up to see that it was extremely poorly made. Already had to sub out the chicken for steak as they ran out of chicken - but the taco prepared was actually insulting compared to others (taco image 1). This was their “cantina crispy chicken taco” (subbed with steak).

Honestly the guys in there were super quick to get my order and to have it ready in no time at all... Almost scary fast. It was a clutch moment also since I had a 45 mins ride home and hadn't eaten. I also appreciate the late hours of taco bell.

I'll be honest, the whole experience today sucked overall. When I came in, I tried to explain to the cashier that I was placing an online order, but I wanted it to be made special because the app wasn't letting me change stuff. I was ordering the meal for 4, and it wouldn't let me modify it to be 1 regular crunchwrap 1 with no sour cream and no tomatoes and the quesadillas in a similar manner. When I tried to explain this to the lady at the desk (really rude short black woman) I was treated like I was asking them to write out the first 10000 digits of pi and that it was a major inconvenience that I was even trying to get a custom order. Nobody had name tags, so I couldn't tell you their names. When I got back home and started to eat, the hardshell tacos were extremely soggy (despite being ordered less than 5 minutes before), the soft shell tacos were stale and hard, and the crunchwraps also had stale shells. I understand you guys have a hard time hiring new employees, but seriously?!

Ate inside so my meal was fresh. All 4 of my hard tacos were broke in the middle at the bottom. This pisses me off. Soft taco was good. I just ate them anyway and left. So dissatisfied

I ordered at the wrong location, no big deal. I called to try and cancel my order. They put me on hold. I was on hold for 35 minutes before my phone dropped the call. Then I tried calling back and got the busy signal. I guess if you have any issues go in person since they just ghost you if you can.
