Nice staff but y'all forgot to put the correct order an so I paid for food I never received by the time I realized. I was home already plus I never get any Napkin's r utensils. Haven't been back since.. But the food was hot an tasted good.

Today I visited the Taco Bell in Naples on Tamiami Trail East. When I went to the drive-through I was just stating to pick an item on the menu and the person taking my order was rude and had an attitude in her tone that I do not appreciate. When I went to go pick up my order through the pick up window I wanted to verify that the correct sauce was going to be in my bag. The lady said yes that’s how we do it with an attitude. Now she may not know this but this is the first time that I’ve had a chicken and cheese quesadilla. She just assumed that I hadn’t.

Stop is friendly and food is good. I just don't like the fact that sometimes they will put napkins and utensils and by the time I'm gone it's too late to turn around and I can't eat my food with my hands pretty messy when your work consists of driving in your car. But other than that all is well!

Awesome employees. Defiantly on point. I usually do names but they all work well as a team it seems and I didn't catch everyone's name so the whole crew works great together and keeps this place looking spotless
