My husband, dad and I went here today in hopes of getting a quick meal. They have no staff actually taking orders. All is done via kiosk. There was a continuous line of drive through customers that flowed through out the 45 minutes we waited for our food. Multiple people came in the door waiting for their online orders - most waiting for 45 minutes or more. People tried to find out what was going on but staff never came out to help. When we finally got our order it was not what we had ordered. Don’t go to this Taco Bell. It sucks.

Please carefully check your order to make sure all items you've paid for are actually in the bags before leaving their drive through window. They forgot my burritos and the meat sauce on top of all Belle Nachos. I called several times to this location complaining about my order. No one picked up the phone or returned my messages. Never visit this location no matter how hungry you are!

Waited over 35 minutes for order placed at the kiosk. then when got it, it was completely wrong. Meanwhile they kept doing the drive thru orders. other customers in dining had long waits up to 45 minutes plus. Never will go back.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to, every time I go to drive through they always forget items. You would think by now I’ve learned my lesson to thoroughly check my bag before leaving the drive through but I guess not…:/ Not only do they forgot items in your order, the food quality has gone down hill. Lukewarm items, skimp on proteins within the tacos and burritos, I could go on. I called HQ to complain and got $10 off my future order, but won’t be at this location. Don’t waste your time here!

The food is good. The wait time is obnoxiously long, oddly takes more time inside than a 10 car line up in the drive thru. Location needs to hire more employees to keep up with the demand or something
