I decided to get my dad a upgrade and I came in to this store and I got help by Delmi. She was very nice and very professional. She look for deals that I can save on my dad's phone which wasn't cheap because I ended up getting him the z fold 6. I also got a cool watch for myself. Overall I'm very happy and satisfied I came to this store.
I went in to add a line and purchase a new iPhone. I was helped by Ethan and everything was going great UNTIL it was time to check out. He placed a wall adapter and screen protector next to the phone and I thought to myself “ok here comes the sale”. Normally I’d say no because their accessories are very overpriced but instead of asking me he opens up the screen protector and puts it on the phone. I was shocked and said “oh wow, that comes with the phone for free”? He nodded his head up and down and said “yes it’s included”. I asked, “the wall adapter too?”Again he said “yes it’s included”. I had a weird feeling so on the drive home I called support and they confirmed that the items were not free and he added them to the finance agreement for a year without my consent. As I had the rep on the phone, I I called the store and Ethan answered. I stated to him that he had lied to me and his response was “it’s our policy to put them on phones if they don’t have a case”. I’m sure that’s not true. I understand that they need to make sales but this is not the way to go about it. I drove back and returned the accessories. It was my first time going to this location and I will never go back.
The worst experience with T-Mobile. I went in for trackers and they sold me a lie. They said get three for $6 each and of course too good to be true. They charged me a cell line for over $20 plus the $6 for each tracker and never set up auto pay as required for the deal. They never sent me a bill and I over paid to get it activated once again and when I called customer service to have them correct the issue they waisted my valuable time putting me on long wait times and disconnected. I called again once the store was not able to do nothing for me and they now said the cell line they were charging was required to have the trackers. I requested to file a complaint and no one has called me back. T-mobile is the worst and they falsely advertise a deal to take my money plus extra. I never had the cell line they continue to charge me for. They said it was just a number to register the trackers on the application. The entire time they charged it as a cell line on an IPhone they plugged it into in the store.
Amazing service! Will recommend to friends and family! I came in to get a great deal and they helped me walk out with a new phone on a great promotion.
Came in for a new Sim and questions about my phone plan Abraham helped me so much and was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend everyone to check this t-mobile store out
