Chris at SuperSaver is a master of top-notch customer service. I was in a crisis and had a very specific set of needs in a rental car, on short notice. Chris went above and beyond to really listen to me and he made sure I got exactly what I needed, when I needed it, and at a great price as well. And then, knowing what an ordeal I had been through, he gifted me with chocolate too! I will definitely be using SuperSaver again and recommending Chris to anyone who needs a rental vehicle.
Great service! We recently rented several cars from the Ashland SuperSaver, some on very short notice. The rates were unbeatable, the cars were great, and Chris, the rental manager could not have been any more helpful! He was friendly, fast, and took great care of us. I would recommend this company to anyone!
