Good location just N of town and lake. All rooms are accessed thru indoor corridor. Hotel luggage cart available to take your items to the room. The room is smaller but we'll appointed. Small fridge with small freeze compartment. Small microwave. Small breakfast available. No waffles! 😉🙂

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The pictures shown are not at all what you get. This place is old and nasty. They were attempting to paint the outside of the building when we were there but it was very messy. The owner and the front desk employee had their cars wrapped in plastic but when questioned about my car being in the parking lot uncovered was told it would be fine. Once we stepped foot into our room we decided we would not be able to stay. We requested our money back only to be cussed out by the front desk employee. Requested the manager and was told he was not in. Called corporate to hope for a refund or some kind of communication and it has been 3 days with still no call back from anyone. If visiting from out of town I suggest the Hampton Inn. Very nice and accommodating to all of our needs.

Stayed here for over a month with no prior incident. As a former guest, if I have any questions regarding what I am paying for it should be a hassle free and uneventful encounter. This was the first time I have ever dealt with this gentleman behind the reception desk. Needless to say he was extremely aggravated and confrontational, for no good reason. As a result we will no longer be staying here and will take our business down the street to Motel 6 per his recommendation. Unbeknownst to him he has turned away months of future revenue due to his tyrant-like behavior. Hope this helps anyone who is mistaken that it should be a breeze to book a couple of rooms.

We had a great experience staying here at Super 8 in Natchitotches...very nice staff, clean room, comfortabel bed and very nice pillows...we will definitely recommend staying here! We will be back

I almost didn't stay here because it had bad reviews. We drove by and we decided to stay because of big parking spaces which we needed. We were also only staying for a night so gave it a try. I was surprised that the night staff was real nice. I don't remember his name but he explained the rates and made it fast and simple. The room was totally clean and fully stocked unlike what the reviews said. I would say the door could use an upgrade, to lock better, but it honestly didn't feel unsafe. The parking was good, many work trucks so that gave us reassurance. My husband checked to see if the cameras were on and they were. Breakfast is coffe, apple juice and some nut bars. The guy at the front desk for check out was also cool. Overall a good stay. Would definitely stay here again, much better that the other options we saw.
