This place is a dump. They are charging over $100 a night for a room that obviously has never been maintained. The lobby is dirty, there is only stairs to get to the rooms. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had the air conditioner turned off so was hot and muggy. It smelled of mildew in the room. There were missing and broken electrical covers. The bathroom was questionable at best. There was one tissue in the tissue box and the shampoo bottle was used and dirty. The fact that this place is this bad and obviously they don't care is absolutely disgusting.

It was not worth the 120$ that we spent here for a 1 night stay. We booked non-smoking room, but we were given a smoking room. The toilet had major plumbing issue. The toilet was clogged & we couldn't use it. There was a big water leakage from the air-conditioner when we turned it on. There is no elevator. Breakfast is almost negligible just coffee, juice & yogurt. Wont recommend staying here.

I came here to stay for one night and let me say it was a little crusty. We 3hr early and called ahead for early check in. Then we get to the place and we have to pay 30 dollars extra for early check in. Then we get to the rooms and there is a terrible chemical stench. The bathroom is terrible with leaky sinks low water pressure and moldy tub. They give you no soap except for the smallest bar ever. Then the beds are okay but my cover looked like it had been scratched and stuffing was coming out. Breakfast was barely anything all they had was yogurt coffee bananas prepackaged muffins and honey buns then coffee. Don’t expect a lot from this hotel. I would stay here as a last minute but my one positive ate that the keycards worked very well.

I’ve been staying here for almost 2 weeks now for fertility treatments. I’ve had to extend my stay twice due to extra services needed. I booked online and booked the same kind of room I was already in so that I won’t have to check out. However the front desk is making me check out at 11 On Friday, and check back in at 3 pm on Friday for the same room. It makes absolutely zero sense. Because I do not need them to clean my room. They then insisted I would have to pay $40 early check in fee if I wanted to be in my room from 11-3pm.

For the price of the room, you get what you pay for. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but that's to be expected. Everything else was great! The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was clean, and the ac/heater worked wonderfully which is good since there was a winter storm when I stayed. Biggest gripe was the parking lot was a bit rough due to there being almost a foot of snow on the ground, plows had little room to work. Otherwise I had a wonderful stay.
