The rooms are basic and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location. Well it's surrounded by adult entertainment, wedding chapels, tattoo shops. We just needed a place to sleep during a road trip so it's fine. I would stay again if I was trying to do a cheap Vegas trip with the boys, or as a place to sleep while passing through. This is not a place to stay with your family or a lady you've know for more than a day.

My family and I arrived and asked for three rooms. Two of which were supposed to connect. Front desk assured they would connect. They did not. We did not complain due to it being 4 am. I was charged for 5 damaged towels. I called and insisted there must be a mistake in rooms numbers. I asked for pictures of damaged towels, which they did not provide.

Nice and spacious room, very clean with a spacious balcony. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed all week and have not one complaint about my stay. Great value! Great place!

I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but the way this motel is managed is poor. I woke up to water gushing down from the ceiling at 2 am in the morning. I had to run to the front office and they switched me rooms. I had to gather all my belongings and walk to the other end of the motel. Mind you, I had to be up by 6 am for a very important exam. This effected the quality of my sleep. I have not received one apology from staff or the manager. I was given the manager's email that doesn't even work. The manager finally called me back but before I could explain the situation further, she got busy and I was told she would call back. She never did. This is horrible customer service. I should be compensated for the inconveniences. I haven't even gotten a basic apology. Apparently they don't care about their guests/customers. Stay away from this place. The hassle is not worth the discounted price.

The property was very well kept, the rooms were very clean and neat and the staff, the housekeepers and all the girls at the front desk, specifically Maria, were very kind and sweet and were very helpful. Maria went out of her way to show me how to get into my Wyndham Rewards app to be able to make sure my points were gonna be on there and than took her time to tell me about good local food places around the area. It was very much appreciated. Also the room pricing was very fair! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
