Horrible just horrible. To start off, when we got out room it smelled horrible. We asked for a room change and with some explaining they gave us another room free of charge. When we got to the room, we immediately saw food on the fridge,holes in the curtain and the fan on the bathroom falling out of the ceiling. During the night we woke up to a cockroach climbing around our beds. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel even if your on a budget.
Absolutely filthy… had a horrible day at the mechanics and needed a place to stay for the right and this is ridiculous for what was paid. There were dead cockroaches, food on the walls, floor and in fridge. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. Turned on the shower and dirt came out from the mat on the floor. The bed had broken springs and holes in the sheets and blanket that at this point I doubt are even clean as there’s hair on the pillow cases. Holes in the curtains also. When I called and asked about a room change they said I’d have to pay extra for a bigger room due to there being non of the one I booked being available… the kind customer service was also very much lacking. Highly recommend you do not stay here.
Unbelievably dirty. We checked into the room and right away realized it was completely filthy. Garbage in corners, food on the wall, stained and rusted lamps, stained pillows, ...dust everywhere. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. (see photos) I quickly went to the front dest and asked if they had a room that was clean, but the receptionist would only up-sell me a larger room, as it was the only one available. I refused the room because an up-sell was not appropriate and I can only imagine how clean the other room was anyways. I'm not paying more money! When I asked for a refund because we were going to go somewhere else instead, they refused to refund because our booking had a no cancellation policy and was non-refundable. I argued that because they failed to provide us with a room to begin with, they were obligated to refund us. We didn't cancel... they just didn't give us a room! I even showed the receptionist the photos I took of their dirty room, which she apologized for each and every photo, but in the end still refused the refund. It's like we got scammed. Just do the right thing... give us our money back. I've raised the issue with both the booking agency and Super 8. I heard back from the agency that the hotel owners are standing their ground and refusing the refund because it's "non-refundable." Insane.... Super 8, I hope you are reading this because these people deserve to lose the franchise.
In all fairness my stay was a few years ago. The clerk that was working that night was very rude and he was unresponsive to simple questions. However the room was even worse. The curtains were dusty and looked like they were not cleaned for months, the bathroom looked like it had barely been cleaned. The shower was so dirty I decided not to shower until I reached my destination later that day. Overall a terrible room. It was late at night and snowing so I decided to just stay there but I'd rather sleep in my car then stay there again.
I love the room it has carpet. The staff is Great very nice. I needed help getting down off the curb and she was so sweet to help me down
