30 minute wait to check in, very rude front desk. I had requested a room with king bed or mini suite for more room I have a pet and 1 child for my pet I needed enough space for a pet crate plus a pet stroller. The 1st room we got was already occupied so they gave us another one with a king bed but very small a 10x22 maybe. The pool has a great slide but only open certain days. The pool was very cloudy water. The hotel dirty the rooms old and worn. Would NOT recommend.

Would like to give a shout out to this Super 8 for there outstanding customer service and accommodations. Was willing to work with me renting a room because our AC went. They were more than happy to rent to locals. Not like Brookside Motel in White City! Thank you for the hospitality! Room was clean would stay again!

No towel in room. Noisy night of sleep. Front desk clerk’s English was hard to understand. Even though he was very nice, he was not efficient. Wait times to check in and later to get a towel were excessive

There was stuff on the toilet seat that came off with a few clorox wipes. I stayed at 2 Super 8s on this trip. They need to quit advertising BREAKFAST. Waffle mix was nasty-no flavor, syrup no flavor, ran out if boiled eggs. Didnt touch the rest. Second time Super 8 advertised breakfast and I paid for breakfast abd had to go find breakfast elsewhere. Doubt I'll stay at another Super 8. For what I got for my money Motel 6 would have been as good

Extremely disappointing stay at the super 8 in Central Point, Oregon! We booked this hotel for a one-night stay on our vacation because of the pool slide. There were at least 3 hotels in the area with better accomodations and indoor swimming pools but the kids were super excited about the slide. Then we got an email at 3:15 in the afternoon on the day of our booking saying that the slide was closed. There was no lifeguard on duty, the hot tub was broken, one of the queen beds in our room was broken and the second one didn't even have a bed frame and the mattress was just laying on the floor and the room reeked of curry powder. After our disappointing pool experience the night before we ask the front desk if the pool is going to be open at 9:00 in the morning like their sign said and they said it wouldn't be till 10:00 in the morning so we stayed late so the kids could swim a little bit before our check out at 11:00. When we got to the front desk they said the pool wouldn't be open till 1:00 in the afternoon. The people in the room next door to us arrived to their room and the bathroom counter was covered with someone else's shaving cream and razors and all of their bathroom supplies so they asked to be moved to a different room. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. If there was a half a star I would give it.....
