Large rooms (mostly suites) in a terrible neighborhood. Remodeling going on, with new franchisee, so hopefully better days ahead. Room was clean, bed was overly stiff. No breakfast during SARS-COV-19. Jeff L-8 Google Guide.
The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful! They were very welcoming to my mother upon arrival and presented a clean room. My mother discovered the following morning that she had car troubles the following morning, while driving through Amarillo, and this family helped by driving her to the local auto supply store and showed genuine concern while she was in a very uncomfortable situation. She asked me to post a review that she is thankful to this family and so thankful this was the place she had car trouble. I would also like to express my thanks for knowing that she was cared for by Mr. Singh and his family!
These rooms are 80$ or more an they have toilets that don't flush rooms with no tvs no light bulbs. An the parking lot is full of potholes.
Staff very nice and polite! Nice big and comfortable rooms! Very good and relaxing visit!
The staff at this hotel are very professional and extremely nice!! Rooms are clean and there are no bugs!!!!
