Had a prescription for 14 antibiotics I was given 12. Went back the next day to tell them. Was told they added 2 more. Nope the Pharmacist told me to go look around my house cause she put them in there. Went back today because my daughter needs those 2 pills she has pneumonia. The Pharmacist still insisted she gave them to me . I won’t be back. She was very rude.

So I called either Saturday or Sunday don't know if I spoke to main office or what I stop to pick up my meds through drive through at super one so the guy at the window tells me y'all ain't open Saturday or Sunday so keep in mind I don't know who I spoke too but someone told me that y'all were out of my meds losartan so if I didn't order it Sunday why was it ready in the actual Walgreens in Marshall the guy at the window was pretty rude I'm a store manager I treat my customers with a lot of respect and love they do signy paycheck so that gentleman at the window needs a lot of training you don't sit their and are with a customer AT ALL THATS NOT GOOD

I been on hold for 2 days for over a hour I have tried to call in a refill I tried also to type.in my refill number won't recomzie they might be short handed but also I was told last month proscription was ready for pick up and I had to also wait in a long line for about a hour inside store I got to counter they said it whould be another hour or two after I was told and texted it was ready for pick up been having same issues thinking of changing pharmacys it's just been this past few months I been going thro same thing

This was the first time that I went to ask about any service at the pharmacy, though I've been to Super One countless times. I was looking find out info about a flu shot I was about to start some radiation treatments, and I was told they thought it would be a good idea to get the shot. So I went down to ask about in person When I explained my situation , they told me I get the shot then. I have Medicare, so it paid for the shot. Everyone was very nice. I have enough stress to deal with right now concerning my medical situation, so their kind and helpful behavior was very appreciated.

Bad. I used to love Super One Pharmacy. I had a prescription called in Thursday morning. It is Saturday and prescription still not ready. I called and they said, will be ready at 3 on Friday. I have to drive an hour to pick up my medicine, so it needs to be ready. On several occasions they say it is ready and not all prescriptions are ready, so that means another 2 hours round trip. Very disappointed.
