I have had so many issues with this pharmacy making mistakes over the years it is almost too many to keep track of. Even with these shortcomings, I continued to give them business and give them the benefit of the doubt. That is until yesterday. Yesterday, when I got home after going through the drive-thru to pick up my prescription I noticed that I was given a prescription that I didn't ask to have filled. When I called the pharmacy to see about being refunded for the mistake, I was told that they don't give refunds on medication after it's paid for. However, when you go through the drive thru you are required to pay for the medication prior to receiving it. The pharmacist, Amy Bodin, was rude and refused to issue a refund. Because you are forced to pay before receiving the medication, you can never receive a refund if the pharmacy makes a mistake. I spoke with the pharmacy supervisor and brought to his attention the flaw in their policy. He said that they did nothing wrong and ultimately offered the refund but suggested that I fill future prescriptions somewhere else. I have never spoken to so many people who so desperately lack in customer service skills and will happily take my business elsewhere.
Always helpful and polite. They always help me find ways to save on my prescriptions. I am very happy for the drive thru. So happy I switched a few years ago and still satisfied.
Horrible service everytime I have went. Medication is never ready when it is suppose to be. This is the second time I have had pediatric meds called in and went in 8 hours later to find out that they are out of that medication. I was told that someone called me about this but when I showed my call log to the manager to prove this was in fact a lie I was met with silence and an "oh well". It is commen practice to call pts to let them know when a medication is not available instead of having them find out when they go to pick it up especially when it is a pediatric antibiotic. I asked to talk to someone to make sure that wouldn't happen to someone else and the pharmacist was extremely unhelpful.
Ms. Amber in the pharmacy department was so very helpful!! I had forgotten to pick up an order and she went out of her way to refill it for me without delay AND helped me check out my two grocery items there so I didn’t have to walk all the way to the regular registers. Super kind and so helpful, thank you so much Amber!
An okay pharmacy if your regular pharmacy is closed, but their customer service for repeat customer is terrible! The people who answer the phone are always RUDE. Deff will not recommend!!!
