If I can rate it negative 0 I will. Where do I start.. horrible experience, first off I got a taxi from Miami Airport , taxi has no AC I have to ask him to please turn on the AC.. he acted like he don’t know where we are going and driving around for 20 minutes, then he asked me for a gps on my phone. So then it was raining hard and his wiper broke down so we have to pull over the highway which is so dangerous, it’s only like 2 more miles away. He did not fix his wiper and he was driving with no wiper and have his hazard on. WTH this people don’t get their cab check before going out there.?!Then when we got to my destination thank god.. (we got their safe) he then force me to pay him cash. My bill was 72$ and he keep insisting to pay him cash. I told him I will pay with my card because I only have $50 cash with me. He said give him $50 cash and rest on the card. He then manually put in 22$ on the meter. OMG this guy was trying to steal on his employer.?! Worst experience ever. #41521 cab driver.
Ripped off by taxi. double charged us for ride from cruise ships to South Beach.
Where do i start?! First he took the longest way to our hotel, and I know he did because I had my GPS on then when I left my phone in the cab he had the meter on and charged me $25 to return it! Never EVER again. THEIVES!
The rudest driver ever...and the owner refused to resolve the issue. The driver showed up at the port to return us to our hotel but refused to wait on the rest of our group (which was coming out of the port). They got left and had to get a cab. My husband was along side the van and the driver was refusing to stop to let him in. I demanded a refund but the owner never would come to the hotel, he kept giving us a 25 minutes away excuse. After waiting an hour he still never showed. DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!!!
This cab company should be shut down. It seems it’s only a matter of time before they seriously injure someone. They have people everywhere complaining about their drivers. Do not use ever!!
