I bought the protection plan for a pair of sunglasses and I specifically asked if it covered loss and she told me yes. That was the entire reason I purchased it. 6 months later, I lose the sunglasses and I went to make a claim and the guy tells me it does not cover loss. So I was scammed and lied to, do not do business here. All the sunglasses they sell are cheaper on Amazon anyways

Abby is the best! I'm not super big into sunglasses but she has convinced me I look good in them! And I feel it. She doesn't pressure either, just tells the truth. I probably won't buy many pairs in the future, but when I do need a new pair Ill be going here! Thanks for all you do!

Sales woman was very knowledgeable & helpful to my needs. She listened to what I was asking about finding the right glasses for me. I feel I would have no problem if I had an issue with them.

It's typical retail. Hundreds of virtually identical types with color and jazz differences. It's why online shopping wins out. At least if you are wasting time, you are doing it while waiting for something else to occur.

There is a small selection of very expensive sunglasses. I guess if you have the money to spend it would be great. Not the ideal place for someone looking for a bargain.
